The Sacrament of Confirmation is another sacrament of Christian initiation. Through the Sacrament of Confirmation, the person receives the strength of the Holy Spirit, and is compelled to become true witnesses of Christ through their lives.

How to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation

For children

Children who would like to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation can join the Sacramental Program for Confirmation. Children will need to have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation and Communion (Eucharist) , and be in Year 5 or above to be eligible. For adults

Adults usually receive the Sacrament of Confirmation at the same time as the Sacrament of Baptism and Eucharist as part of the Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA). If you are an adult who is interested in the RCIA program or receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation, we encourage you to contact our Parish Office to find out more.
